The firm's establishment does not begin from a blank page. The parent group had already completed a series of direct investments across several industries, building experience and relationships with the businesses it had backed. The purpose of forming this firm is to give those existing investment activities a dedicated institutional framework, and a clearer organizational basis for capital deployment going forward. Consolidation of the group's existing portfolio will proceed in stages from this point.
Scope and approach
